Although every care is made by your teachers to ensure a safe environment, you are responsible for informing your teacher of any discomfort you experience during your practice, or any contraindications/injuries you have. Injuries from Yoga practice are very rare, but Yoga Fitness London cannot be held responsible for injury caused. Your teacher will employ hands on relaxation techniques and adjustments, please let your teacher know if you would prefer not to have adjustments made. NB - during the Covid 19 outbreak, no physical contact will be made whatsoever.
