Sleep With Us

This wellness talk will teach you the effect stress can have on sleep, with an overview of the delicate relationship between Adrenaline, Cortisol, and Melatonin. We will take a look at some of the common causes of poor sleep patterns, and address steps we can take to get a better nights sleep. We close the session with a guided relaxation to help drop into a pre-sleep state, for a total refresh.
